Workshop: Protecting Our Children

Soleil des Orphelins joyfully celebrated International Children’s Rights Day.

A friendly event where children were at the center: presentations on children’s rights, a craft workshop for the little ones, and self-defense awareness for older children to strengthen their sense of responsibility and safety.

The many children present, beautifully honored throughout the day, each received a Brave Child Certificate along with a multitude of gifts.

This day was a celebration for them, but also a reminder of the privileged situation they enjoy, while raising awareness about the plight of children still living in precarious conditions and whose rights are systematically violated.
